Brushstrokes Through Time
At the museum, a young art student and her grandfather walk through galleries filled with paintings from different eras.
"See how early artists painted things exactly as they looked," he explains, pointing to a realistic portrait, "then later, artists used shapes and colors to show feelings or ideas instead." The student nods, realizing that art changes with the world, reflecting history and culture like a living storybook.
"So when art becomes abstract, it isn’t random—it’s a new way to express what words cannot," she says thoughtfully. Her grandfather smiles, pleased she understands that every brushstroke connects us to human experience across time.
