Messages in the Garden Chat
Mia and Oliver lived next door to each other in a small town. They both loved the community garden where neighbors met every weekend. One day, Mia created an online chat group for all the gardeners to share tips and news.
At first, the chat was fun and helpful. But Mia noticed Oliver started sending her many private messages. Some were about the garden, but others were personal questions. Mia felt uncomfortable and didn't know how to tell him.
One afternoon, Mia met Oliver by the garden. She said, "Oliver, I like talking in the group, but I feel it's better to keep chats there. I want to keep things friendly and simple."
Oliver looked surprised but smiled. "I didn’t mean to bother you, Mia. I understand and will respect your space."
From then on, their chats stayed in the group. Mia learned it’s okay to set boundaries to protect privacy while keeping good neighbor relations.
