Office Stretch Break

I work in a busy office where I sit at my desk for many hours every day. One day, my friend said, "Let's take a short stretch break together." I was tired and not sure it would help, but I said yes.

We stood up and stretched our arms, legs, and backs for just five minutes. After this, I felt more awake and happier. My friend smiled and said, "See? A little move makes a big difference!"

Now, I take short stretch breaks every day. It helps me to feel better and work better. I learned that taking care of your body during work is important for your mind too.

This made me understand that in life, balance is key. Work is important, but health and rest matter too. Small moments to relax can make a big difference for everyone working hard.
