Pizza Party Planning in the Park
A group of coworkers planned a surprise picnic in the park to celebrate a team success. They decided to order several pizzas and share the cost equally. Everyone agreed to bring money the day of the event and pay the organizer.
On the day of the picnic, when it was time to pay, Anna realized she forgot her wallet at home. She apologized and said, "I’m really sorry, but I don’t have any money with me today."
The team talked about what to do. One coworker said, "Let’s split Anna’s share among us today, and she can pay us back next week." Everyone agreed this was fair. They also agreed to remind each other to bring money next time.
This example teaches us important lessons: communicate clearly, be flexible, and work as a team to solve problems. Sharing costs fairly and agreeing on how to handle mistakes helps keep friends and coworkers happy.
