"Why do we sing our old songs?" the teacher asked her students. "These songs help us remember who we are and where we come from."

She explained that in hard times, music brings people together. "During the big storm last year, when many were scared, singing our village songs made us feel safe and united," she said. "Music is like a bridge that connects us to our past and to each other."

The students listened closely. One said, "I feel proud when we sing together. It makes me happy to know our songs are special."
