Sunlit Conversations by the River

Emma took a slow walk to the riverside park during her lunch break. She needed some time alone after the argument with her sister the night before. The sun shone brightly, making the water sparkle and calming her mind.

Sitting on a bench, Emma watched a man nearby feeding the birds. He smiled and said, "Beautiful day, isn’t it? Sometimes nature helps when people fight."

Emma nodded. "Yes, it does. I had a fight with my sister, and I'm trying to think about what to do next."

He replied, "Maybe reaching out with kind words is a good start. We all make mistakes, but saying sorry can heal a lot."

Emma thought carefully about his advice. She took a deep breath and decided to send a message to her sister later that day. The quiet park and the stranger's words helped her see that forgiveness is important, especially with family.
