Then, move into a sequence that helps increase flexibility and relaxes your mind. You might flow into a gentle forward bend, letting your arms hang down and feeling the stretch in your back and legs. Transition into a seated twist to open your spine and release tension.

Finally, we’ll finish with breathing exercises to feel refreshed and ready for the day. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take slow, deep breaths in through your nose, then out through your mouth. Focus on your breath, letting go of any worries. This simple practice helps you stay mindful and centered as you begin your morning.
