The Last Bus Rush

The bus was packed with people. Anna was tired but happy she caught the last bus home. Suddenly, she patted her bag and realized her wallet was missing. "Oh no! My wallet!" she said loudly. People nearby looked at her, some a little annoyed.

As the bus stopped, Anna started to search everywhere. "Excuse me, can I look here?" she asked a man, who looked angry and said, "Be careful! You're pushing me!" The driver said, "Please, calm down! We can't wait for you!" Anna felt scared and shouted back, "I need to find it!"

The voices got louder and some passengers began to argue. One man said, "Why are you making a scene?" Another shouted, "It's just a bus ride!" The noise grew until a woman said softly, "Let's all take a breath and help her." Slowly, people stopped yelling and helped Anna look under the seats.

After a few minutes, Anna found her wallet on the floor. She smiled and said, "Thank you all. I'm sorry for the trouble." The bus driver nodded, "It's okay. We all get stressed sometimes." The bus moved on, and the city noise became quiet again. Everyone felt calm and a little kinder that night.
