The Last Ticket Debate

Lena: I just saw the last ticket sold to someone else at the kiosk. Can you help me? That was supposed to be mine.

Mark: I’m sorry, Lena, but once a ticket is sold, we can’t reverse it. That’s policy to keep things fair for everyone.

Lena: Is there really no way to make an exception? I’m missing an important meeting. This feels unfair.

Mark: I understand, but I can offer a reminder for the next train or help with a refund if you want. It’s the best I can do right now.
