Emma went to the library to return a book she had late. The librarian said, "You owe five dollars for the late fee."

Emma was surprised. "Five dollars? That seems too much," she said. The librarian smiled and said, "The fee is one dollar per day. You had five days late."

Emma thought for a moment and said, "I forgot to tell you I wrote a poem about the library. Can I share it with the children here?" The librarian agreed happily.
