The Virtual Grocery Glitch
Last Saturday, my friends and I decided to try the new virtual mall app. We could shop together online, each picking items and chatting while we looked around. It sounded fun and easy.
But the fun stopped when we all got bills for things we didn't buy. "Why do I owe $50 for shoes I never clicked on?" asked Sarah.
We quickly called customer service, but it was slow. So, we helped each other check our shopping lists and screenshots. "Looks like the system added extra items by mistake," I said.
We worked together, reporting the error and asking the mall to fix it. It reminded me how important friends are when technology crashes. Without them, I might have lost money or gotten very stressed.
