Turning the Tables in the Copy Room
Anna worked hard every day, but her boss, Mr. Smith, always found something wrong with her work. Today, she felt sad but knew she had to speak up in the big meeting.
When the meeting started, Anna’s heart was fast. Mr. Smith was tough, asking questions and saying her ideas were bad. Anna felt afraid but remembered her plan to speak calmly and clearly.
She said, "I think my idea can help us sell more. Please listen." Everyone was quiet, and then her boss nodded slowly. Her words showed she was smart and ready.
After the meeting, her boss said, "Good job, Anna." She smiled, feeling proud and brave. Now, she knew she could face any challenge at work.
